- A documented report, dispute, and appeals path
Fair-play features
Every match is built for reviewable results
Moves, clocks, and results are server-verified. Screening signals and human review help protect players when a concern is reported.

- Evidence review by a person, with a clear appeals path
Fees and eligibility
Clear fees and terms before you commit
Cash-prize activity requires verified identity and age 21+, an eligible location, and a supported funding account. ChessBet shows applicable charges before you authorize them.
- Every deposit shows the wallet credit, separate deposit fee, and total bank debit; the fee helps cover secure bank processing, verification, and standard transfer services through trusted providers
- Every paid contest shows its entry amount and separate Platform Service Fee before commitment
- Standard withdrawals of $10 or more have no separate withdrawal fee; full-balance withdrawals also waive the fee, while other withdrawals below $10 currently carry a $2.50 fee
- The winner receives the combined Entry Amounts as pending winnings; release follows the 24-hour reporting window when no open dispute or blocking integrity or reconciliation flag remains
- Identity and location eligibility are checked before funding or paid contest play
